Civic capacity at its pinnacle

Midway through 2012, Market Street Services began working with the H2O-20 Steering Committee to facilitate the development of Watertown’s Vision for 2020. The Vision Plan is the product of many months of hard work by the Steering Committee, based on input received from more than 2,300 residents. As a share of total population, this level of resident participation shattered our firm’s record.

ACT and Missouri Gov. Jay Nixon Announce First ACT Certified Work Ready Community

ACT today announced that Jasper County in southwest Missouri, home to the Joplin metro area, is the first county in the nation participating in the national ACT Certified Work Ready Communities (CWRC) initiative to meet 100 percent of ACT’s criteria goals. An additional 13 Missouri counties were granted “in-progress” status and are on track to become fully certified within two years.
